It typically takes about 1 day to 2 days to renderout a 24" x 36" site rendering. This all depends on how much detail you would like us to provide on the plan. We can usually get done a rendering in 8 to 12 hours and get the files back to our clients the next day. We will provide you with a high resolution PDF file and a low resolution PDF file. High resolution is 300 DPI and usually used for printing. It is not suitable for email That's why we provide you with a low resolution PDF file as well so you have a version you can email to your clients or associates.
Prices for digital site renderings are on a plan by plan basis. A standard 24" x 36" plan that you see on RenderFactory.com takes about 8 hours to 12 hours to produce and would cost between $699 to $1,000 to produce. That is based on the 24" x 36" image or plan size. Larger renderings such as 30" x 42" or 36" x 48" would take longer to produce and cost extra. We can produce larger size renderings, we would just need to provide you with a custom quotation before we began work. We will provide you with a quotation prior to any work being done.
Yes, for an extra cost, we can print your renderings on high quality paper or even textured photo paper for frame mounting. Typically, prints are used for township meetings or sales presentations. Shipping charges and printing charges apply and are not included in the rendering cost but we will be more than happy to add it in to your quotation if requested.
AutoCAD DWG files are prefered. We can use Autocad 2011 DWG files and below. We can also use image files such as JPG and Tiff but prefer that these files are high resolution if possible. 150 DPI minimum, 300 DPI prefered. We can also start with PDF Files if they are high resolution enough. Feel free to call us and we will go over the perticulars with you.
Render Factory uses AutoDesk Impression 3 to generate your digital site renderings. If you currently use AutoDesk Impression, we can provide you with the final Impression files if you need them for your own future modifications for an additional fee.
We strive to give you the best digital site rendering product we can. We will produce the rendering and send you a low resolution proof for you to review. We would then talk with you about the first rendering and make one set of revisions based on your comments.
